Refund and Postponement Policy

To help organize appointments and bookings and clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, please read the Refund and Postponement Policy before completing your booking and payment.

This policy applies while respecting all consumer rights and guarantees provided under the applicable Egyptian laws and regulations. No provision of this policy limits any mandatory legal right.

First: Courses and Lectures

Booking a course is a booking for the training program as a whole. Each lecture or session within the program is not treated as a separate booking unless this is expressly stated at the time of booking.

The client may request cancellation of the booking and a refund in accordance with the refund conditions stated when the booking is completed, while observing any legal rights available under applicable laws and regulations.

If cancellation is requested before the course start date, the refund request will be handled according to the period and conditions stated on the course page or during the booking process.

After the course has begun, amounts for sessions or lectures that have been delivered or made available to the client are not refundable, while observing consumer legal rights and any cases in which a refund or compensation is required by law.

A client’s failure to attend a lecture or to complete attendance of the course on their own does not create an additional right to a refund for sessions that have been delivered or made available, while observing the consumer rights provided by law.

Second: Individual Consultations

The client may request cancellation of the consultation and a refund of its value in accordance with the cancellation conditions stated at the time of booking, provided that the cancellation request is submitted at least 24 hours before the consultation appointment, unless the law provides otherwise.

If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the consultation appointment, the late-cancellation policy stated at the time of booking may apply, while observing any mandatory legal rights.

A request may be made to postpone the consultation appointment in the event of an emergency beyond the client’s control, such as illness, death, or accidents. Acceptance of the postponement and determination of the alternative appointment are subject to appointment availability.

An accepted postponement does not entitle the client to a refund of the value of the postponed consultation, unless a refund is required by law or due to a failure by the service provider.

Third: Cancellation of the Appointment or Failure to Provide the Service by the Service Provider

If the service provider cancels the course or consultation, or is unable to provide the agreed service, the client is entitled to the remedy or refund due in accordance with the law and the nature of the situation, including a refund where required.

Fourth: Acceptance of the Policy

Completing the booking and payment process means that the client has been given the opportunity to review the Refund and Postponement Policy, understand its terms, and agree to it, without prejudice to any rights or guarantees provided under applicable Egyptian laws and regulations.

If any provision of this policy conflicts with any mandatory legal rule, the applicable legal rule shall prevail.
