Parenting Course

Parenting is not a fixed formula that works the same way for every child.

Each stage of childhood comes with different needs, and every child has their own temperament and way of expressing themselves. Many of the behaviors that challenge parents can have a need or message behind them that the child does not yet know how to communicate in another way.

The Parenting Course is a practical educational program for parents. It is designed to help you understand your child across the different stages from birth to age 12, build clearer communication, and approach everyday parenting situations with greater awareness and calm rather than reacting automatically.

1. Super Mom & Super Dad — What it means to be an aware and responsible parent, and understanding your role in your child’s life.
2. Understanding Your Child — Your child’s nature and needs at different stages from birth to age 12, with age-appropriate expectations.
3. Mom and Dad, Listen to Me — Foundations of parent–child communication: how to listen to your child and communicate in ways they can understand.
4. Reinforcement and Appropriate Consequences — When and how to use reinforcement and consequences clearly and consistently, without hitting, humiliation, or impulsive emotional reactions.
5. When Your Child Asks Difficult Questions — How to respond calmly to sensitive or uncomfortable questions with age-appropriate answers.
6. Body Awareness, Sexual Education, and Child Protection — How to teach children about their bodies, privacy, and personal boundaries in age-appropriate ways that support their protection.
7. Supporting Confidence and Independence — Helping your child develop confidence, independence, and a sense of responsibility.
8. Real-Life Parenting Situations — Practical discussion of more than 60 common parenting problems and situations, with ideas for approaching them more thoughtfully.

Who Leads the Course?

Amr Ezz is a relationships, parenting, and mental well-being consultant, certified trainer, and author of three books. He has appeared in the media more than 160 times and has extensive practical experience in family consultations and parenting-related issues.
